No, I am not running for president and I never plan on doing so and all political comments will be deleted. :D LOL. Not really, but please don't turn this into a political discussion.
This is what I want you to vote on.
Which template?
1)
2)3) The orangey one I have now.
Please, please vote! I like both of the new ones and am having an awful time choosing which one to try! :)
Julia
My brother Mark votes on #2. :)
ReplyDeleteSince he doesn't have a blog I thought I'd comment for him! :)
Well I like number 2,but it might be kinda hard to read on such a bright pink background:)So I vote....Number 1!!!
ReplyDeleteSavannah
Oh, I like #2 as well! :)
ReplyDeleteHello Julia! I've never commented on your blog before, but I figured I'd give you my opinion really quick -- I like #1! :)
ReplyDeleteI think that I like number 3 the best, but I would vote for number 2. Also if you do not mind, How do you add a background to a blog?
ReplyDeleteAny tips and tricks? At our blog(I can't give out the name yet since it is not finished), We can't figure out anything so I though I would consult a professional. :)
Great blog, one of my favorite places!
Ummm... number 3, but when it gets to be around spring, number 2 is just the CUTEST background! :)

I think that I like...ummmmm...number 2! I love the floral pattern! :D
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for all the votes! :)
ReplyDeleteKristin, I would be happy to give you some tips!
ADDING A BACKGROUND:
Well, I have a favorite site where I find my backgrounds. http://www.thecutestblogontheblock.com/ is the place. Usually they have very clear directions on how to post a background...right now they're changing their blog around a bit so it looks a little messed up... so here's what you do.
1. Go to your blogger 'LAYOUT' page.
2. Find where it says 'Pick New Template' and choose the one labled "minima". You have to do this to add a cute background.
3. Go to Thecutestblogontheblock and click on the background you like, then copy the code it gives you.
4. Go back to the layout page and click the "Add a Gadget" right above the sidebar.
5. Choose the "HTML/javascript" option and paste in the code from thecutestblogontheblock.
6. Click 'save'!
7. To match the letter colors to your blog background go to the layout page and click 'fonts and colors'. Then click away! :)
Hope that helps you! :)
I like 2 best.
ReplyDeleteThanks Joelle!
ReplyDeleteOkay... I know it's not spring, but I am really wanting a change here so I think I'll try doing #2! :) Thank you everyone for your votes!
Love,
Julia
Julia, For some reason whenever I go to the gadget page I don't see the "HTML/javascript" option button. It may be because our family just started the blog (Or because I am not very talented in computers :). Anyway thanks for trying!
ReplyDeleteKristin
Make sure you're on "Layout" on the spot that says "Page Elements" with a big "Add and Arange Page Elements" displayed on it.
ReplyDeleteWell... let's see... did you click on Add a Gadget? The "Add a Gadget" to click on should be located about four inches down the page on the right side of a tan rectangle. :)
It should pop up a small page... and then you scroll down and you should see a whole list of options, one of which is HTML/javascript.
I'm sorry that I can't help you in person! :) If you keep asking questions I promise to keep giving answers! :)
Blessings,
Julia
