I have two awards to pass on...

I'm so happy! I have two new blog awards! :D *does a happy dance*

My first award comes from Laney. Thanks, Laney!

And this very meaningful, pretty award comes from Madison! Thank you Madison!!
Uber is a German word that is similar to our English word which means "super".
This award is awarded to blogs that have some or all of these qualities:
They...
1. Inspire you
2. Make you smile and laugh
3. Give amazing information
4. Are a great read
5. Have an amazing design
6. And any other reasons you can think of that makes them uber amazing!
I am so delighted with this special, unique award!
The rules to this award are:
1. Put the logo on your blog or post.
2. Nominate at least 5 blogs (can be more) that for you are Uber Amazing! ***if you don't have 5 that's okay.***
3. Let them know that they have received this Uber Amazing award by commenting on their blog.
4. Share the love and link to this post and to the person you received your award from.
I am awarding both of these awards to:
And Madison also gets the TH for Thankyou award! (She already is Uber Amazing and has the award to prove it) :D
Blessings!

  6. Julia, I wanted to make a comment about something you said on Jsamine's latest post. About your future spouse and music.

I just wanted you to know that I don't think you are wrong for desiring a guy that listens to more than "just hymns" I know that I cannot marry a guy who says that is all I can listen to. Actually, that statement borders on legalism for me. It's the same with TV/movies. Everything will be censored, but if the guy courting me says "no" to all of it....bye, bye.

My parents know about these things. They will always remind me not to settle for second best!

  7. Everyone,

    You're welcome!

    Hi Ella!
Thank you so much. :) You're right, it borders on legalism... in fact I think it could be classified as legalism! :) And AMEN - everything will be examined and held up to my/our convictions. That's what we, as believers, should be doing. :) I appreciate the comment! :)

  8. Julia, thank you so much for the award! Forgive our lack of gratefulness before! We've been super busy, trying to catch up! We're working on getting up a post to pass on the lovely awards!

  9. I just wanted to add that I was wrong in saying that listening to just hymns could be classified as legalism... legalism is a strong word, and I used it carelessly. We all have a right to hold our own convictions and it is not my place to say if yours are right or wrong. I'm very, very sorry if it offended anyone. :(
